Job description
We are recruiting a new Front of House Manager for a luxury hotel in Marlow. The role will involve direct leadership of our Reception, Nights and Concierge teams along with the management of a 24 hour hospitality operation. You will be tasked with ensuring the upholding of exceptional standards for every guest when checking in and out and throughout their stay with us. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial and booking transactions are completed correctly, in a timely manner and in line with our brand standards and company procedures. You will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. This will be a hands on role and you will be expected to lead from the front and uphold the brand values.
Work Experience
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer relations skills and the ability to lead and develop a team. You will need knowledge of online hotel booking systems, online payment systems and guest management tools. Ideally you will be an experienced Front Office or Reservations manager and have a strong hotel or hospitality based background.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
