The Position

As a Front Office Intern, you will be the first point of contact between our guests and the hotel. Working alongside our Front Office Manager, you will deal with any and all guest requests, and ensuring that special guest instructions are planned for, communicated and carried out. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is availablabe for a 12-month internship. However, we are open to consider shorter time-frame, minimum of 6 months.
Your passion for people, empathy, organizational skills and interest in growing in hospitality will define your success in the role.
