Role: Front Office Associate
Rate of Pay: Starting at £9.00
Shift work essential, shift patterns could include a variety of shifts with the occasional night- porter cover. These shifts may vary depending on the needs of the business. This role is an incredibly varied role, with fantastic career progression opportunities.
The Richmond Park is a 46-bedroom hotel with a large restaurant and bar, banqueting and events space. We are currently looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and personable Front Office Associate. You will be our guest’s main engagement with The Richmond Park and play an integral part in creating a memorable experience for them.

- Administration experience.
- Experience of reservations and events preferred but not essential.
- Experience with housekeeping preferred but not essential.
- Effectively liaise with all departments across the property.
- Experience in PMS systems preferred but not essential.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems.
- Experienced in cash and key handling.
