Just show us that you want to share smiles, spread love and bring people together and we will teach you the rest to our Cluck’d standards.You will be the driving force of helping to achieve our brand standards, work within a great team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant smiling.This is what we are looking for:Have a positive attitudeAssist guests in choosing meals and drinks and providing additional up-sell informationProcess guests’ orders through the POS systemDeliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beveragesEnsure that the portion of food being packed or served is appropriatePromote additional food items to increase salesProcess sales and provide guests with receipts and deliver foodGreet EVERY guestAnswer the telephone and deal with an enquiryKeep all guest areas clean and tidyEnsure that all orders are complete and ready to be received by the guestWork to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest serviceKey skills needed for the jobHas the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team membersHas the ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasksExhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude and provides excellent guest careAdapts to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgencyCan demonstrate a complete understanding of the menuMaintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counterBelieves in exceptional guest serviceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £5.28-£10.42 per hourBenefits:Company pensionDiscounted or free foodSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysNight shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
