We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Front of House team. This role is a based in our Main Hospital site in Central London (W1G 6BW). We are also offering a competitive salary of £32,057 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile

The Front of House Team Leader will be in charge of ensuring the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, consultants, staff and visitors around the Clinic. They will manage a team of staff to effectively deliver the day to day operation of all key Front of House operations and the provision of all customer support services.

  • Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.
  • Rota: Mon to Fri and rotating Saturdays, with potential to cover some Sundays as overtime when business requires
  • Salary: £32,057 per annum
  • Location: 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW (Baker Street and Regents Park stations)

Key Duties

  • To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, consultants, staff and visitors around the Clinic.
  • To manage a team of staff to effectively deliver the day to day operation of all key Front of House operations and the provision of all customer support services.
  • To take overall responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant Manager – Front of House.
  • To provide management of the day to day operations of the Front of House team, maintaining the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 years proven supervisory experience in a customer facing environment, ideally in a 4/5-star hotel or quality healthcare institution.
  • Good PC Skills.
  • Telecommunications Knowledge.
  • Reception and Porterage experience.
