Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all customers have a positive experience at 360 Play
- Dealing with any queries and complaints and referring them to the Duty Manager as appropriate
- Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
- Maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and build relationships with guests.
- Oversee the efficient entry of guests
- Promote and drive sales of annual pass products
- Help organise events
- Work alongside and support the group marketing manager to coordinate and facilitate local marketing and networking
- Helping oversee that all opening and closing duties of the centre are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained to the levels expected.
- Performance management of the team.
- Setting incentives and updating the team on their performance
- Overseeing the parties and making sure they are at the company standards and that all guests leave with a “smile” on their face.

We currently have sites in Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Leicester, Basildon, Redditch, Farnborough and Rushden Lakes.

As a team leader, you will be the primary support to the general manager and will offer support for the day to day supervision of operations whilst being a real visual presence around the centre. You will be responsible for maintaining standards and you’ll have a real passion for providing an unforgettable experience for our customers
