Job description
· Follow the order of service to ensure all guests are served in the correct manner
· Make relevant menu suggestions and recommendations, answering guests enquiries and show excellent menu knowledge
· Take guests food orders
· Deal with any allergen inquiries and inform management and kitchen
· Ensure restaurant is fully set according to management instructions before service
· Ensure tables are maintained throughout service according to guests needs
· Refill guests water where necessary
· Assist the Host with retrieving guests coats upon departure
· Bid a fond farewell to all guests upon departure
· Process bill payments in a prompt and polite manner
· Maintain a clean restaurant and lobby area
· Assist in maintaining a clean Front of House kitchen area including polishing cutlery, crockery and glassware
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
