ABOUT YOU.
We're are looking for a confident, hard working team member who preferably has experience in hospitality or reception roles.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be:
- Overseeing the day to day running of bookings
- Greeting customers at the door and showing them to their game
- Answering phone calls with customer enquiries
- Assisting in the booking process for large parties (corporates, birthdays, hens/stags)
- Answering email enquiries
- Using software to track enquiries and financial intake for each month
Heads up: Experience is important, but attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ comes first for us.
