Job Description:
The FOH is an individual who acknowledges and welcomes customers when they arrive at the Pub. Their duties include answering the phone and entering the bookings into the reservation system – Resy. Must be super friendly and bubbly and always smiling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will support the management by providing efficient and professional receptionist duties and general administrative support and when needed.
- Answer calls politely, quickly, and efficiently as the first point of contact.
- Meet and Greet guests arriving in the Pub and escort them to their tables.
