Job description
We are looking for full and part time Front of House Team Members to join us in Bradford. Our Team is at the heart of our business, they are passionate about what they do. Your responsibilities will include:
greeting and seating customers in the restaurant
taking orders for food and drink
deliver food and drink orders to our guests
opening up and closing down
setting up and cleaning down of the tables and restaurant
preparing cheques and processing payments
cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes
putting a of stock including maintaining cellar cleanliness,
taking card and cash payments in person, over the phone and from online bookings
taking telephone restaurant bookings; recording these everywhere which is applicable
dealing with complaints
reconciling daily cash transactions
completing additional duties requested by a Manager
You must:
be computer literate
be positive, outgoing and approachable
be able to take responsibility in absence of a line manager
be prepared to go an extra mile for your customers
be available to work evenings, weekends, early mornings and split shifts but you will still get some weekends off
have excellent customer service skills
be over the age of 18
Be fluent in english
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
