We are looking for highly motivated and experienced FoH staff for a new venture opening soon along Regent Street, WSM. More details about the venue will be given in the interview stage.
Applicants should have fantastic interpersonal skills and great customer service with the ability you make every guest feel special! This venue will focus on premium products in an eccentric environment so we expect our staff to be able to reflect this! Fantastic product knowledge and the ability to craft delicious hot drinks, cocktails and coolers, as well as provide tailored recommendations to customers is key to success in this role. Ideally, we are looking for applicants to be highly proficient in at least one area of Hospitality ie, Barista trained, Wine trained, cocktail trained etc and have evidence of this proficiency within their CV.
Applicants should have experience working in Hospitality positions. We expect applicants to have a passion for the service industry and be able to work effectively as part of a small team. Applicants should be able to follow all reasonable instruction from management quickly and effectively. FoH staff should be able to deal with customer complaints and requests quickly and professionally, knowing if and when to involve management.
- Should be able to quickly and effectively make cocktails and follow drink recipe cards.
-Able to work under pressure and keep track of multiple table at a time, as well as watching the door for new customers
-Able to use digital till systems and have basic cash handling skills
With direct contact with our customers, applicants should expect to be the welcoming face and the soul of the venue, providing new and returning customers with fantastic service. Taking pride in the food and beverages you serve them.
We ask that applicants are at least 21 years old when applying to the FoH position and are able to offer a flexible work pattern weekly.

Part-time hours: 16-39 per week
Salary: From £10.60 per hour
