Avaliable Job Today North Street Kitchen is a modern, new café that has opened in the heart of Scarborough town. We offer an interesting breakfast & lunch menu, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our focus is on providing an excellent customer dining experience with great service, food and value. We are looking for front of house staff who are punctual, polite and possess great customer service skills. Previous experience is preferable but not essential and all relevant training will be provided. Pay will be decided based on experience and the job role can be tailored to individuals but Saturday availability is essential. We have availability for either 1 part time member of staff (15 hours/week) or 2 part time staff working a day a week. Interviews and trial shifts will determine employee suitability.
Responsibilities:
- Polite and efficient serving of customers in a fast-paced cafe.
- Providing the best possible dining experience for customers, with great knowledge of the menu and upselling.
- Adhering to cleaning rotas and shared responsibilities.
- Punctual and flexible. The business may require changing hours but where possible we will provide regular working hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £7.89-£10.41 per hour
