After opening in Summer 2021, we've already gained a strong reputation for our great food and drink as well as quality of service.
We're looking for new front-of-house team members to join us and help take things to the next level. Due to popular demand we're now growing our team to expand our opening hours.
We need positive, energetic and enthusiastic people to join us. You should love working as part of a team in a busy environment. You should have prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role. You should be able to use your communication skills, as well as a balanced level of initiative to understand customer needs and effortlessly fulfill them.
As a member of the HolmeStores team, you will also receive a share of tips based on hours worked.
We're a growing business and are keen to help develop careers within the brand and the wider hospitality industry.
Job Role :
- Greet and seat arriving customers if no dedicated host is working
- Be the ‘face’ of the business. Maintain a positive attitude and smile when communicating with customers
- Ensure customers experience faultless service throughout their time with us
- Take customer orders efficiently
- Have a good knowledge of all menus and be aware of the importance of dietary requirements
- Be at ease with technology, inputting orders onto an EPOS system, and taking card payments
- Have pride in your appearance, yourself, your workplace and your team
Part time and full time roles available. All applicants should expect to commit to at least one regular evening and/or weekend shift.
Barista experience preferred but not essential.
First aid certificate preferred but not essential.
Food Hygiene certificate preferred but not essential.
We are happy to consider applications from part-time and full-time candidates, however a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is expected.

Salary: Up to £11.50 per hour
