Position – Front of House Staff
We are looking for Bartenders / Order Takers / Food Runners / Hosts and Clearers
These roles are integral to the Street Food team, key positions in the effectiveness of our service delivery these positions involve face to face interactions with our guests, welcoming them, taking orders and payments, ensuring our front of house team are able to effectively serve full orders (making sure that everything goes out with cutlery and napkins) and keeping the operation clean and tidy. These roles can be high pressure at times and demands a cool head

Department
This position is fixed within Edinburgh Street Food.
Reporting
This position reports to the Unit Manager / Owner
Location
Edinburgh Street Food, Greenside Row, Edinburgh, EH1 3AA. However, work may on occasion take place outside of this location.
Key Responsibilities
· Solving unanticipated issues that arise. This will be done with assistance from the Operations Management Team.
· Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and personal hygiene is maintained.
· Acting as the go to person for our teams in keeping our guests happy and well fed.
· Compliance with safety legislation.
· Reporting on any necessary maintenance.
Remuneration
As a Living Wage Employer you will be paid a starting hourly rate of £10.90.

· Have an attention to detail.
· Have a beginner’s knowledge of food hygiene standards.
· Fully paid compliance training is required to be completed before you start
