Job description

We have an exciting opportunity as a Corporate Receptionist located in the heart of the City of London on the doorstep of Bank, set within a prime business location in an area that is home to many prestigious companies. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate that would feel comfortable working in a busy vibrant office, providing reception services directly to our client.


The role involves providing exceptional five-star customer service; completing all guest check-in procedures and services to ensure guests experience a memorable visit and home feeling. Great opportunity for someone with strong passion for customer engagement.


Situated near Bank/Moorgate tube stations.


This is a Monday to Friday role with shifts 08:30-17:30 (Inclusive of an unpaid daily lunch hour).

Salary £31,000 pa

About The Role

Responsibilities –


  • Greet all visitors promptly, liaising with the ground floor reception.
  • Support the client with key administrative tasks as required.
  • Take ownership in decisions and feel confidence in their ability to do so.
  • Being positive, proactive, can-do attitude and show total commitment to the role.
  • Manage the switchboard and the meeting rooms.
