Salon Front of House

in Hair, Beauty and Facial Aesthetics.
We’re recruiting for a Front of House/Receptionist that can bring something special to our team, working on & managing our busy reception area and to WOW our lovely clients, ensuring every client has the perfect experience from the moment they enter the salon, right up until they leave.
This role involves:
- Operating and running a busy Reception area, ensuring it offers a first-class service at all times
- Managing, supervising and working closely with the hair and beauty managers and team to ensure a busy day operates efficiently and productively
- Welcoming and looking after clients, going above and beyond to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care throughout their salon journey
- Using the salon software system to make/amend appointments and take payments
- Maximising revenue through proactive product sales
- Manage merchandising displays and stockholding
- Administrative support
- Updating, managing and growing our social media platforms

Key Skills & Personal Qualities Required:-
- Experience in hair/beauty industry preferred
- Professional, friendly, warm and well-groomed person
- Excellent telephone manner and communicator
- Target driven, innovative, dynamic and a commercial thinker
- Organised, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- Good administrator with strong IT skills using Microsoft Office
Hours of Work: Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, including 2 late nights until 7pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
