A few things about you
Our Front of House Operative are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that fantastic customer service is always at the forefront! If you are a friendly, and approachable individual with great communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Previous experience isn't a must, what does matter to us is taking pride in what you do. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus too!
Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our hygiene and Health and Safety practises, so it is vital that you'll champion this.
Main Responsibilities- To be flexible in your approach to working in all areas of the operations department, and wider operations department.
- Setting up lunch areas to provide catering daily to guests
- To ensure that you are entirely customer focused and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- To be responsible for the day to day running of the events operation and ensure that standards are maintained.
- To ensure all opportunities for sales are seized, and backed up by the necessary paperwork in the event of payment not being taken on the day.
- To be fully aware of the specifics of individual functions on a day by day basis, such as arrival times, refreshment break times, food service times and bar closing times.
Experience of working within a large operation with high volume meetings and events and match day operations
