Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for an Front of House Co-Ordinator to join our Administration Team. We’re looking for someone who is warm and welcoming, providing a first-class experience to everyone who comes through our doors. You also need to be proactive and able to co-ordinate multiple tasks at once.

Your Future: What will I be doing?
- Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in previous Front of House and administration roles or ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of customer needs.
- Professional and friendly manner with the confidence to take responsibility and ownership
- Good attention to detail, organisation, time management and communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify what tasks need to be completed and take appropriate actions.
Your Strengths: What skills do I need to succeed?
- Be the responsible person to take ownership of all front of house duties and responsibilities, including ensuring the smooth running of all customer facing areas, greeting & facilitating all visitors and assisting the Office Manager.
- Deliver an outstanding visitor experience, by meeting & greeting visitors and customers, setting up meeting areas (including IT requirements), escorting guests to relevant areas and providing hospitality where required.
- Co-ordinate all meeting rooms, including setting up of meetings and ensuring equipment is available and accessible for all.
- Carrying out administration duties, including managing the post room (including incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services), assisting booking and organising external meetings, raising Purchase Orders and handling all telephone calls, messages and emails.
The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) on a 8:30am-5pm basis, with 1 hours lunch break. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office at these times and also be able to visit our Leyland Production site and other external locations on an ad-hoc basis for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
