Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and be able to provide excellent customer service while handling cash transactions and catering to guests' needs.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beer types is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and catering practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
