At least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing or similar role. Applicants must have the correct attitude, demonstrate willingness to learn and possess the right qualities for the role.

We are looking for individuals who are flexible and available for Day, Evening and Weekend shifts to perform tasks front of house working in a team environment to join our store in Southall, West London.

We are open from 08:00 to 00:00 (Sun-Thurs) and 08:00 to 01:00 (Fri, Sat & Bank Holidays) - Applicants must be flexible (this is essential) and available to work during the hours stated below:

Friday, Saturdays & Bank Holidays

• 08:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 01:00

Daily duties:

• Greeting customers and adhering a friendly and positive attitude
• Produce extraordinary hot, cold drinks and food
• Create a wonderful atmosphere and deliver the highest levels of customer service
• Know the products on offer and answer all questions asked (refer to appropriate team member if need be)
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following company protocols and guidance
