Job description
Smokin Griddle are a nationally recognised & highly acclaimed burger delivery service and are looking to employ a Front of House associate to become part of the team at their Cardiff location.
We are looking for candidates to match the following criteria:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with a close knit team
- Confident customer service and phone handling
- Flexible with hours and able to work evenings and weekends
- Maintains high standards
- Reliable and punctual
- A good understanding of the Cardiff area for the purpose of pairing up delivery tickets effectively.
- Ensuring the service and restaurant area is clean
- Able to confidently welcome, seat and attend to customers needs in store.
- Sharpness when it comes to upselling and promoting company products

The position is open to candidates of all ages, however the hourly wage is for ages 21+
