FULL TIME POSITION
Have you worked in Hospitality? Are you looking for a change? We are looking for candidates with previous Front of House, Sales, Hospitality and Customer Service experience to join our team!
We are a dynamic sales and marketing agency seeking to hire a self-motivated Events Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend events and represent our brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Engage with potential customers and educate them on our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities at events
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events
- Provide feedback to the management team on event performance and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Attend sales training and meetings as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel to different events as required
- High level of professionalism and customer focus

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
