The Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information about gym facilities, and assisting with membership inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, including managing operational standards, maintaining inventory, and restocking supplies.
- Conduct facility tours for potential new members and provide information on gym services and membership options.
- Process member check-ins, handle membership payments, and maintain accurate records using the company database or system.
- Assist in coordinating group fitness classes, ensuring smooth class transitions, and maintaining an up-to-date schedule.
- Respond promptly to member concerns, requests, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and energetic environment throughout the gym.
