Front of House | Part-Time | Monday to Friday 1pm - 5pm
Here at Gousto we have an exciting opportunity within our People Operations Team for a Front of House at our Spalding site.

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient person, who will be responsible for ensuring the best employee and visitors’ experience by providing support to the Office and Environment Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Be the initial point of contact and provide a seamless front of house service for all guests - meeting & greeting all visitors and candidates including checkin/out and completion of audit procedures as required
- Being a communication guru ensuring a free flow of information between front and back office
- Provide support for company wide events and own and deliver site based events.
- Fully manage the reception; ensuring this area and the office are impeccably presented at all times, escalating any issues.
- Daily restocking of kitchen, stationery and office supply cabinets
- Ordering stationery, supplies and furniture
- Office expenditure and use of our ordering system
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems, constantly searching for ways of improving efficiency.
- Provide support and own actions from Employee Forums.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.

Previous office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience is essential
