Job description
We have a great opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join the Facilities team. As a member of the Front of House team in the main reception area you’ll be the first point of contact with any visitors to our office including both internal colleagues and external visitors. You’ll work on a rota basis between the hours of 6.30am – 7pm, Tuesday to Thursday, with some occasional Saturdays as required. Reporting into the Front of House Manager, this is a part time permanent role and will encompass working 16 - 20 hours.
- Providing an efficient, friendly service all times
- First point of contact for colleagues and visitors
- Ensuring great standards are maintained in all meeting rooms and conference rooms which are managed by the Front of House team
- Assisting with any meeting/conference room bookings as well as large events by setting up or providing additional requirements/equipment when necessary
- Supporting the wider facilities team in any tasks when required
- Maintaining compliance in all areas of your department, ensuring that the Company shows due diligence at all times in regards to company policies, procedures and legalities
- Executing good housekeeping practices by ensure you keep all areas hazard free
