About the Role

The rate of pay offered for this role is £10.42/hour for over 21s and NMW for under 21s. This role is 16 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a Front of House Assistant to complement the existing dynamic and motivated team on reception. As this position is Front of House you will need a good understanding of customer service and an ability to be calm when faced with day to day challenges of a busy reception area. As a Front of House Assistant you are likely to be the first person our members and guests see on arrival at that club and as such you must be able to exhibit a warm and friendly welcome.

As part of our service requirement you will be expected to work shifts that will include evenings and weekends, you may also be required to assist in the cafe bar area during busy periods.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, the ability to stay calm in a pressured situation within a busy department, strong interpersonal skills, good time management and a friendly approachable manner.
