We are currently on the lookout for a Front of House Account Manager to lead our team for a client services portfolio at Portico based on London!
The role of the Account Manager is to look after a portfolio of business within the contract, providing leadership and direction to all direct reports, whilst creating and nurturing a culture of excellence that supports and evolves the business.
People and client relationships will be the key to selected candidates’ success. The Front of House Account Manager position is a hands-on role, with the successful candidate being involved in supporting all aspects of the contract, whilst being open minded, adaptable, and flexible to ensure we support this evolving business in whichever way is required.
This role will inevitably involve a degree of travelling between locations in the London area, and it is important that the candidate remains familiar with all aspects of the contract, the operations we are responsible for, and the team employed to deliver the service.
Hours: 8am-5pm, from Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
Location: Covering London
It is essential that the successful candidate has extensive experience in a management role, looking after multiple teams within a front of house environment, as well as complex client/stakeholder relationships.
The candidate will need to be open minded, adaptable, flexible, and able to consistently deliver results, often under time constraints and other pressurised factors. Organisation, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate clearly will be critical.
