The Role
As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will lead the Bud development team on front-end technologies. This is a hands-on development role combined with the responsibility of leading the architecture of Bud’s Angular web application. You will work closely with the user experience team and the wider development team to deliver a first-class experience for the users of our platform.
Key Accountabilities
· Hands-on development of the Bud web application
· Provide technical leadership and coaching to other developers
· Lead the evolution of the Bud web application architecture
· Guide front-end development practices
· Influence the broader high-level architecture and the technical roadmap
Experience
Experience in most of the following is required
· Angular (TypeScript, NPM)
· HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Sass
· NxRx
· Consuming first and third-party APIs
· Responsive design
· Accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
· Source control (Git)
· Agile development (Scrum)
Experience in some of the following would be advantageous
· Cloud services (Azure)
· Microservices architecture
· DevOps (CI/CD)
· .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
· Databases (Azure SQL Server, Azure Cosmos database)
· Familiarity with CSS design systems
