We are in need of a recepionist reporting directly to the Assistant Manager and General Manager who is eager to work hard and put in the effort to keep our gym reception area in top condition. We ideally would like previous reception experience however would consider candidate without.

What we are looking for:

• You will have energy, personality and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Passionate about fitness - please demonstrate this in your cover letter in order to be considered
• Proven work experience in a front of house position
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience sending business emails

• Excellent numeracy skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident and professional with exceptional customer service skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible and organised approach in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate and interact at all levels
• Complete discretion when dealing with confidential work and difficult situations

We will also train staff on poolside testing and key holding for the club too.

The hours are flexible working on a 0 hour contract so the opportunity is there for more hours and we can work around your schedule. Our shift patterns for cleaners require 6am starts with a latest finish time of 22:15 to accommodate for gym opening times.
