The Upex Group are seeking a skilled and professional Assistant Reception Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Reception Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
Location: Brighton Seafront
Pay Rate: £11.68 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel's computer system.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with their luggage and coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Take and process guest reservations and room assignments.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a previous reception and leadership experience within the hotel industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computers and various office software.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
