We are currently recruiting for a
Reception Team Leader for our Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel. This role is maternity cover until 28.04.2024.


Overview:

  • An amazing opportunity to join our Front of House team at Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel as a Reception Team Leader.

  • As a Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.

  • Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.


About You:

  • Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.

  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365.

  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
