An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sexual Health and HIV team at Mortimer Market Centre in Camden and develop management and leadership skills.

We are a large and progressive service in Camden providing Integrated Sexual Health and HIV & Hepatitis care. The successful candidate will be dynamic and have a strong customer service focus to ensure a smooth and efficient service managing our reception and central booking office team with our other reception manager. As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, you should possess excellent IT, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
The CNWL Sexual Health Service covers Camden, Islington, Barnet, Haringey and Surrey. We are a progressive and supportive multidisciplinary team keen to develop our staff and the services offered to our patients.
To be jointly responsible for the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the administration team providing a comprehensive, efficient, high quality and customer focussed reception and administration service with Sexual Health & HIV including Hepatitis and research.
Manage the day to day staff rotation between reception / call centre and results service. To be involved in development and implementation of ideas to improve the service. To liaise within a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure communication within the clinic. To be a point of contact for the resolution of any problems in the clinic/service call centre and to use initiative to facilitate all operational aspects of the service.
CNWL Sexual Health deals with specialist clinics concentrating on specific conditions and patient groups. The post holder must be prepared to deal regularly and appropriately with emotional and distressed patients.
Manage, maintain and develop a quality monitoring system for administrative tasks including clinical coding.
Deputise for other Reception Managers (i.e. Rota/ Appointments Manager)
when necessary to ensure smooth running of the service wide call centre and rota/appointments functions. The post holder must be able to work flexibly between the hours of 7.30am until 8.00pm and on Saturdays on a rotational basis.
