WATG is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for our office in London.
ROLE
As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees, the Front Desk Coordinator demonstrates a high level of customer service and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in an energetic and collaborative team environment and enjoys servicing others. This individual will assist the Operations Director and others in the administrative team with a range of duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts well with clients, consultants, vendors, and employees at all levels
- Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate person, taking messages when needed
- Manages and circulates the office phone directory
- Maintains conference room schedules
- Upkeeps conference rooms and reception area
- Assists with the coordination of in-house meetings, orders catering, and organizes any equipment needed for presentations
- Orders office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinates travel itineraries
- Provides support with expense reports for senior leaders
- Maintains staff schedules to appropriately service callers and teams
- Supports other administrative team members as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- 2+ years of relevant office experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
- Previous experience in a professional services firm preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a mature demeanor required
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Highly organized and meticulously detail-oriented
- Ability to manage confidentiality and strong adherence to the practice of business ethics
- Liaises and interacts with clients, consultants, vendors, and employees effectively
- Overtime may be required
