Job description
Lancashire Constabulary’s Contact Management Department is seeking a Front Counters Assistant to be based at within East Division at Burnley and Nelson.
Please be aware there are two positions available. One position is permanent and one position is temporary for up to 12 months covering maternity leave. You will be asked to preference your choice at the end of this application form.
The purpose of this role is to provide a professional, multifunctional face to face customer service to both the public and Constabulary colleagues. To safeguard the public and victims, record incidents and crimes using the National Decision Model (NDM) and provide appropriate advice.
