Job description
Freight Forwarding company in Sheffield seeking experienced Freight Forwarder/ Account manager to join our team.
Required to create and maintain good relationships with customers &suppliers whilst supporting the company in ensuring all aspects of export, import and operational administration is completed efficiently including solving problems with orders in a timely manner, responding to shipping queries, working with carriers and third-party service providers to ensure requirements and regulations are met. Ensuring all Export Procedures and Documentation are followed efficiently, completing required Sea/Air Export Documentation.
You should have strong sales / administrative and communication skills from a Import/Export/Freight/Shipping background.
Ideally you will have your own customer account base, salary reflective based on experience.
