Growth Leads Content is a thriving department at the heart of the company, producing content for our range of affiliate websites in the igaming and finance niches.We are looking to recruit a Freelancer Coordinator to assist in the management and oversight of our large pool of freelance writers.

Duties

• Handling day-to-day enquiries from our freelancers and liaising with management in order to provide accurate responses
• Oversight of our monthly invoicing process. Please note this does not require bookkeeping/accounting experience; instead it relates to preparing invoices for our finance department to then process.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new freelancers.
• Creating and updating all documentation related to the running of the freelance pool

Required skills

• Comfort working at speed and in a busy, bustling environment.
• Personable and patient, especially when dealing with freelancer queries.
• High attention-to-detail
• Familiarity with Google Sheets (essential) and Google Apps Script (highly desirable)

Hours

• Ideally available for around six hours per day during normal working hours, but this is negotiable depending on schedule.
