Summary:
Now searching for freelance writers who have previous experience in features, real life stories, human interest stories and case studies.
Flexible hours, fully remote, starting rate between £18-£22 per hour.
About the role:
We love telling inspiring human interest stories to help our clients get local, national, and worldwide media coverage.
For each project, you will be given background information, interview notes, and a brief overview of the angle / key messages / themes. It's your job to put this all together into a compelling long-read that the media will love.
Our stories go far and wide - securing placements in The Sun, Mirror, MailOnline, Metro, Telegraph, Yahoo, The Times, Business Insider and much much more.
- Writing: Write engaging, well-researched, and captivating stories in a press release format. Maintain a consistent narrative structure and storytelling voice throughout each piece
- Interviews: When necessary, conduct interviews with relevant individuals to gather firsthand accounts and insights for your articles. This may include conducting email Q&A style interviews
- Deadlines: Meet assigned deadlines consistently, managing your time to deliver high-quality content on schedule
- Editing and Revisions: Collaborate with our PR team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to your work
