Job description
Aurum Weddings is a bespoke packaged wedding service which caters to weddings around the UK.
Must be able to travel (full UK driving license and car preferred). Alternatively, if located close to shooting location, travel can be arranged.
We are looking for freelance videographers/photographers to join Aurum Weddings. You will be responsible for filming raw footages on live locations for weddings as well as covering shoots on any sets. You must be able to confidently direct sequences and shots.
MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT
Besides filming, you should be able to clip the footage together and edit it (not a must but a big plus).
You should be also be able to set up cameras, lighting, backdrops and any other props required for a shoot.
You should also be able to understand client briefs and work towards making this creative come to life in a professional manner. If you can offer enhanced video production and bring a creative approach to filming, then we would love to receive your application.
Responsibilities
- Filming/photographing live weddings, short films and bridal shoots.
- Assisting in creative plan of wedding.
- Own equipment that is ready to use and in proper working order.
- Directing and assigning tasks to assistants at weddings.
- Undertaking minor editing of film footages in the case of smaller productions (optional).
- Understanding client briefs, offering creative feedback and providing an estimated filming budget.
- Discussing ideas with the Creative team and client prior to filming.
- Filming bridal shoots, wedding videos, ceremonies etc.
- Ensuring filming in proper lighting and audio clarity with perfect lens choice.
- Ensuring consistency in filming from start to finish.
Must Have:
- Creative mind to assist creative team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours.
- Proficiency with camera equipment.

Must have a previous portfolio of previous work.

Salary: £500.00-£1,000.00 per day
