Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced freelance videographer with a well-rounded background in creating commercials and documentary-style videos to join our organisation as a Training Facilitator. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission by sharing your expertise and knowledge with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are eager to develop their video production skills.
Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Plan and facilitate video production training sessions that encompass both commercial and documentary styles.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to diverse learners to help them enhance their videography skills.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and storytelling.
- Content Development:
- Develop training materials, resources, and practical assignments aligned with the learning objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the training content remains relevant.
- Feedback and Assessment:
- Offer constructive feedback to learners to help them refine their videography skills.
- Assess learners' progress and adapt training methods as needed.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Embrace and celebrate diversity, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that respects and values the backgrounds and perspectives of all learners.
- Encourage learners to explore and tell diverse stories through their video productions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating commercials and documentary-style videos.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- A dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with a demonstrated understanding of working with diverse populations.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to effectively plan and conduct training sessions.

Salary: £23.37-£28.31 per hour
