Freelance Tutor/Assessor Merthyr Tydfil, Wales
Job description
Due to continued growth throughout the company, we are looking to appoint experienced Associate/Freelance Trainers/Tutors/Assessors to join our team.
The role would suit experienced Trainers / Assessors with a variety of sector-specific experience who is looking to work flexibly on a freelance basis. We are looking for individuals who can innovate, make recommendations, and become our experts on all training-related matters.
You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of online learning and classroom-based or site settings (when possible), mandatory training sessions, including but not limited to: IT training, advice and guidance, leadership and management, employability skills, essential skills, career coaching, health and wellbeing.
- Prior experience in training delivery, with specialist knowledge of the sectors, listed above
- A passion for high-quality training and the professional development of employees
- Very strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Experience of working autonomously
- Experience as an assessor
- MUST be able to attend standardisation meetings
Desirable:
- A teaching qualification: PTTLS or AET Level 3 or higher teaching qualification
- Experience of e-learning platforms
- Experience of online learning platforms such as Teams and Zoom
MUST be EWC Registered.
MUST have valid Enhanced DBS/Update service number
Desirable - be able to facilitate in English and/or Welsh
Rate is dependent on experience.
