Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts for beauty or fashion-related brands. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing effective social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and engaging social media content strategies.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and graphics.
- Utilise social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proven success in growing and engaging social media communities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- A passion for the beauty and haircare industry.
