Mediaforta is looking for an senior, highly-specialised technical writer with a deep understanding of various industries (see below), who can create high-quality, complex and compelling content. You'll work on a freelance basis, but you will be supported by the Mediaforta team.
What will be expected of you?
Our client is a global leader in industry-specific software solutions, in industries such as:
automotive, aerospace & defense, electronics & semiconductors, energy & utilities, marine, medical, consumer products and retail, and industrial machinery & heavy equipment.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, knowledge and terminology related to the mentioned sectors.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a technical writer with a primary focus on one or more of the mentioned sectors, including a strong portfolio
- The ability to craft compelling and informative copy that leaves a lasting impression.
- Familiarity with SEO, web writing, and (ideally) UX principles.
- You can adapt your writing to the company's tone of voice.
- You're currently working as a freelancer.
- You're a team player and you welcome feedback.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messaging.
