Would you love to work in property conducting property reports part-time? Well, this could be your opportunity!
We're looking for experienced candidates who aren't seeking set hours or a regular income to become a Freelance Inventory Assessor. Jobs include property move-in and move-out Inventories, Property Viewings, and Property Visits.
Payment amounts vary depending on the appointment type, the exact appointment fee will be provided. Job requests will be allocated to you via a portal and you are then free to choose whether the job is suitable and accept or reject the invitation accordingly.
Experience of inventory management or property visits is required along with excellent communication skills, reliability and feel comfortable working alone. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is extremely important. You will also need to show proof of a basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) which is dated within the last two years to apply.
We accept applications throughout the U.K., however, we are particularly keen on hearing from candidates who are based in and around the Scunthorpe region.
