Job description
About us
We are a small international team of business consultants helping companies to put sustainability at the top of their agenda. We try to be professional and supportive, doing our best to walk our talk and reflect on how we can improve. We try to help our clients do the same.
Are you passionate about helping make a difference in the world? Do you believe that all companies are corrupt and guilty of greenwashing? Or are they stuck in the System where each week is filled with dilemmas and choices?
Our target clients are enlightened engineers, business leaders who care deeply for their people and the planet that sustains us all.
Our project coordinator is responsible for helping the team plan, create and implement a handful of simple consulting projects, including managing our pipeline of prospects, contracting with our clients and consultants, running workshops, sending reports and invoices.
It's key that we prioritise timelines and keep participants on track, as well as communicate with clients and other stakeholders. The right candidate will have an interest in learning the logistics of a project with relevant experience coordinating events or projects, meeting deadlines, and providing clear and concise reports.
Our work environment includes:
- Business seminars, internal/client workshops and trade shows (in-person and online globally)
- Individual and group coaching and mentoring programmes (in person and online)
- Flexible hours (at events or working from home)
- Casual work attire (except when meeting external stakeholders)
Responsibilities can include:
- Monitor, support and report project progress from proposal to invoicing and closure.
- Schedule project meetings and events.
- Meet with project stakeholders.
- Ensure the meetings run smoothly and reports are prepared.
