Freelance Food Delivery Manager
Job Description: We are a fast-growing food delivery app looking for a self-employed manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the growth of Kernow Eats. Full training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, Coordinating and scheduling delivery drivers
- 12 hours of work per week delivering orders
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Setting up merchant PDA tablets
- Basic marketing activities
- Basic Sales activities
- Liaising with restaurant & takeaway owners
- Storing marketing materials + PDA tablets
Required Skills:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food delivery and logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using or learning to use software such as Google Sheets, Meta Suite, Google ADs, etc. (Basic level) and our back admin
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Schedule: This is a full-time position, schedule may vary and be flexible according to business needs. You will be scheduling drivers to ensure some flexibility for yourself.
Benefits:
- £400-£550 per week + Commission negotiable depending on experience and preference
- Flexible schedule min 30 hours work. May vary to 30-40 hours a week.
