Part-time Administration and marketing Assistant for Creative Architecture Studio - Remote
JMA is a creative architectural practice situated in East London’s Mile End conservation area.
The company is growing in projects and is looking for a part-time Administrative assistant for the studio. The individual will be providing administrative assistance to the director.
This position may suit an exceptional university student or someone who has a legal, administrative, construction, or creative background.
General business tasks include fielding enquiries, writing emails to new and existing clients, improving company system workflows, social media management, and providing marketing assistance by creating posts and blogs for social media. You may also be required to carry out market research so you must be systematic and thorough.
Work will include:
-Contacting and growing existing strands of business via email and telephone
-Liaising with and onboarding new clients
-Creating practice documents and templates
-Social Media Marketing (good writing skills)
-Maintain and source applications to improve company workflow
-Updating current practice information including in house documents and promotional/ marketing/ project information
-Working on press releases, submissions and marketing literature, etc.
-Compiling bid information and bids for new projects
-Organising meetings (face to face, audio, and video conferences)
- Preparing fee proposals
The person for this role should have the following qualities:

Experience in the following programmes is desirable:
-Notion
-Buffer
-The Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets, calendar, gmail)
-Word press/Semplice
-Organising google meets meetings in the google calendar
-Microsoft Office Suite
-Adobe Suite including Indesign and Photoshop
The position welcomes applications from all sections of the community but may suit someone who is also working on other creative projects.
This is a remote position but may require visits to the office on occasion. The position is subject to a short probationary period.
