Job description
At Chase we believe in doing things differently, with our customers at the forefront of our mindset. As one of our Fraud Specialists in First Party Fraud, you will be a key part of our approach.
Using your investigative mindset, you will respond and manage fraud risks, protecting our customers and reducing losses for both them and the bank. You will be responsible for investigating suspected cases of fraud and use your relationship building skills problem solving skills to manage your cases.
This position can be worked on either a full-time or a part-time basis depending on your lifestyle.
What you will need to be a great Chaser?
With your careful investigation, you will understand and evaluate risk, mitigating the impact to both customers and the bank.
Using your experience in a similar role, you will use your passion for delivering a high quality service, with your analytical approach to get to the bottom of your cases and respond accordingly. You will reach out to customers or other institutions where required to build the bigger picture and make risk based decisions.
A background in investigations, compliance, risk, fraud, analysis or banking will allow you to be successful.
