What you will do:
Raise fraud awareness among our colleagues and customers- Work with the Metro Bank University team to improve our fraud training content
- Investigate and prevent non plastic fraud
- Identify and investigate fraud trends seen through reported fraud cases
- Work with colleagues at other banks to maximize the potential for recovery of funds
- Identify high risk activity from fraud alerts to protect our customers
- Effectively challenge customers’ fraud claims if and when required

What you will need:
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines- General awareness of fraud and how it can adversely affect both the Bank and our customers
- Great attention to detail with an analytical approach to working
- Previous experience of working in a Fraud and/or Investigations environment would be great, but is not essential
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as work as part of a busy team
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
