Key Responsibilities

• Assessing customer orders for potential fraud
• Outbound calls to customers with a failed payment
• Customer Hub liaison
• Assisting in the management of the Fraud Rota
• Processing and challenging Chargebacks
• Various other adhoc administrative tasks
