Key Responsibilities
- Assessing customer orders for potential fraud
- Outbound calls to customers with a failed payment
- Customer Hub liaison
- Assisting in the management of the Fraud Rota
- Processing and challenging Chargebacks
- Various other adhoc administrative tasks
