Job description
We are seeking an FPGA Design Engineer to join a technology team who are at the heart of the development of novel technologies to accelerate the development cycle of complex system-on-chip devices. Your responsibilities will include: • Development of highly optimized hardware infrastructure to enable system level instrumentation of real time FPGA systems • Design and implementation of compelling hardware reference designs to demonstrate industry leading debug technologies • Development of tools to enable configurable, application specific views of complex FPGA systems. For example, video thumbnail images traced from multiple video processing pipelines • System modelling libraries and SystemC models of complex processing algorithms to enable modelling of real customer systems • Working in collaboration with application teams in the UK to develop innovative system solutions You will have a minimum of a 2.1 Degree with extensive experience of Verilog, SystemVerilog or VHDL and thrive on the opportunity to take blue sky ideas and turn them into real products.
